Upon admission to a Country Villa Healthcare Center, each resident receives a comprehensive evaluation. A team of professionals meet with the resident and family members to set specific goals and develop an individualized care plan.
We take a team approach to healthcare that includes the participation and skills of the licensed nursing staff, certified nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapists and dietitians.
