"My husband and I have visited numerous times from Texas and we appreciate the excellent care my sister is given. All of the personnel carry out their assignments in a caring and professional manner. The CNA’s, medicine nurses, administrative workers, the social workers, all of the staff have put Karla’s best interest first. They put forth extra effort, whether it’s getting haircut or being taken to the dining room to engage in recreation, she receives the best of care.

The staff treats Karla in a special way. When we visit they greet us warmly and even give us hugs. Whenever any of the staff pass Karla’s room, they greet her by her name. Whenever any problem arises, large or small, the staff always addresses it in a timely manner.

We would appreciate you passing this “Thank You” on to all the staff. They are all heroes to us!"
