"Without exception, I was greeted with a smile and friendly comments from every staff member I came in contact with during my visit. I truly admire all of you in the way you offer your patients dignity, respect, and humor when necessary as your care for them in this difficult time in their lives."

"I really appreciate how clean and how well-lit your facility is kept. Your activity planner does a very good job of recognizing holidays and special events for your patients. I am aware that many facilities have unpleasant odors because of housing so many ill people, and I have never encountered that at Country Villa. Furthermore, you are doing an excellent job at meeting Betty’s special diet needs. For the meals at which I have been present, everyone’s food always looks and smells appealing, and it looks to be served at the appropriate temperature."
