"I really appreciate how clean and how well-lit your facility is kept. Your activity planner does a very good job of recognizing holidays and special events for your patients. I am aware that many facilities have unpleasant odors because of housing so many ill people, and I have never encountered that at Country Villa. Furthermore, you are doing an excellent job at meeting Betty’s special diet needs. For the meals at which I have been present, everyone’s food always looks and smells appealing, and it looks to be served at the appropriate temperature."
