Your facility is a pleasant place to visit and has been a comfort to my brother. He is hard to please but has appreciated your service and attention. And he liked the food too! And I appreciate that your place is clean and well-kept; it does not have that "nursing home" smell.

Mostly I appreciate you - the people. You have been very welcoming to me as a visitor. I am impressed with the caliber of all of you - from maintenance to nurses to office - you are all helpful, friendly, competent and you smile a lot.
