Eligibility:

The foreigner must have at a minimum, ONE of the following:

• A CGFNS certificate
• An RN license in the U.S. state of intended employment, or
• Must have passed the NCLEX-RN in the state of intended employment.

Note: For Philippines applicants, BCIS requires that you submit original NSO-authenticated certificates

Documents to be submitted by the applicant are:

• Original Resume
• Copy of professional licenses and U.S. State RN license. If U.S. RN license is not available, submit copy of CGFNS certificates or NCLEX
• Copy of CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate
• Copy of Transcript of Record and Diplomas
• Copy of applicant's Birth Certificate
• Copy of Employment Certification Letters, if available
• Copy of Credential Evaluation Report, if available
• Copy of Photo I.D.
• Copy of Marriage Certificate, if applicable
