The Bravo Award is a service awards program presented to an employee to recognize his or her length of service with the company. The award is presented to the employee by upper management or the individual's supervisor, usually at a company meeting or party among their peers. The employee is presented with a "Bravo Box" including a Certificate of Achievement, service pin and gift choice. The box includes a brochure and instructions on what gifts they are eligible to receive and exactly how to go by ordering their gift or gifts. The awards are given to employees during their anniversary month when they have worked with CVHS for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 35, 40 and 45+ years.
